We read everything and answer as much as we can — usually within a week or two. Roughly how we prioritise:

• Corrections and errors — always first. If we got a fact wrong or recommended something that turned out to be a dud in your yard, we want to know.
• Article requests — send us the specific question you searched for and could not find answered. Real reader questions are how we pick topics.
• Product feedback — if you own something we recommended, tell us how it is holding up. That is how a research-based pick becomes a tested one.

We do not accept guest posts, sponsored content, or paid placements, so pitches for those will be politely declined. The affiliate disclosure explains how we work with brands — short version: we don't.
